These Terms of Use govern your use of the Let’s Pray mobile application and website, owned and operated by Christina Crawford. By using Let’s Pray, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms.
Purpose of the service
Let’s Pray uses artificial intelligence to create personalized prayers, scripture selections, and faith-based affirmations from three answers you provide during a session. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for every circumstance.
Spiritual support only
Let’s Pray provides personal spiritual encouragement. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are experiencing an emergency or may harm yourself or someone else, call emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Complimentary and Premium access
Let’s Pray includes one complimentary session. Continued unlimited access to prayers, scripture, and affirmations requires an optional Premium subscription: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, subject to the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Eligible purchases may be restored through the Restore Purchases option inside the app. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service; attempt to interfere with its operation or security; use it to violate law or another person’s rights; or reproduce, resell, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
Ownership
The Let’s Pray name, design, website, software, and original content are owned by Christina Crawford or used with permission. Scripture remains subject to the rights applicable to the translation or source used.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Pray is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Christina Crawford will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Apple terms
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
